高麗菜片片炒(晚餐的約會)
高麗菜的煮法非常多,但你試過幾種切法呢?用手剝、用刀去骨切絲、去骨切大塊…,但你試過把高麗菜中心留下來垂直切片嗎?
最近高麗菜盛產,家裡突然多了好幾顆鮮嫩脆綠的高麗菜,海媽問我想吃怎樣的高麗菜,於是~我動了腦筋想到把高麗菜片片炒,留住中心有頭有尾,保留蔬菜的鮮甜,夾菜一串一串夾,很快就被吃光光,把一天所需的纖維吃足!

▲平常煮火鍋放高麗菜也是這樣切法,一顆分作八等份入鍋煮,這樣的切法,才不會搞得滿鍋都高麗菜片片飛。炒菜就要切得更細了,要視高麗菜大小來決定,基本上以十六等份來切片。
