草莓香腸(晚餐的約會)
「草莓香腸」吃不到草莓果粒,你知道嗎?其實草莓香腸是加了草莓酒去製作的,有酒香味,也有草莓的香氣,直接吃原味或煎蛋或炒飯都不賴!

▲草莓香腸薄荷大蒜片,這個靈感是來自於吃烏魚子,烏魚子是夾白蘿蔔片&大蒜片,不過臨時沒白蘿蔔,就用家裡種的薄荷來代替,風味也不錯呢!
